摘要
总结了32例脑转移瘤病人放射治疗引起的颅内高压症、症状性癫疒间、放射性皮炎等不良反应的对症护理。认为对脑转移瘤病人放射治疗的不良反应在时间上提前进行护理干预至关重要,能有效地减轻病人痛苦,预防意外的发生。
In this paper, the authors summed up the pertinent nursing of such adverse reactions as intracranial hypertension, symptomatic epilepsy, radiodermatitis in 32 patients with metastatic encephaloma during radiotherapy, holding pre-treatment nursing intervention, vital to care patients with metastatic encephaloma during radiotherapy, was able to relieve their pains and prevent the occurrences of accidents as well.
