摘要
作为从货币市场衍生而来的创新产品--货币市场基金的管理主体引来基金管理公司和银行的争执。在我国,基金管理公司首先获得其管理运作权,本文通过比较银行经营的优势及基金管理公司的劣势,结合分析宏观金融环境,认为商业银行也可作为管理货币市场基金的主体。
The chief administerial role of the money market funds which is the product comes from money market has abstracted the dispute between the bank and the adminisiterial funds company. Currently the administerial funds company firstly gained the administerial right in our country. In this article, the author suggests that the bank should also gain the administerial right of the money market funds by comparing the superiority of the bank and the inferiority of the administerial funds company with analyzing the macroscopic finance condition.
