摘要
理论研究和实践经验都表明,承接国际产业转移是发展中国家加快产业升级的重要途径。当前,随着经济全球化的推进和技术的进步,国际产业转移呈现出了新的趋势,这些新的趋势为我省产业升级带来了新的机遇。本文在新的国际产业转移趋势的背景下,分析我省承接国际产业转移的有利条件和制约因素,进而提出了改善投资环境,增强承接国际产业转移能力的政策建议。
Theoretical research and practical experience all indicate that accepting the international industries transfer is the important way that improving the upgrading of industrial structure in developing countries. At present, with the development of the economic globalization and progress of technology, international industries transfer demonstrates some new trends, these new trends have brought the new opportunity for the upgrading of industrial structure in jiangsu province. Under the above background, the article analyses the advantage and restriction factor that we accept the international industry transfer, and proposes some advice to improving the investment circumstances.
