摘要
文章辩证地阐明了经济结构调整的基点在于产业结构的调整。实践证明,可持续发展的经济,必有赖于产业结构的动态优化,有赖于产业结构质的改善。在知识经济蓬勃发展的时代条件下,应当以发展高新科学技术产业为核心,加快经济结构调整的步伐。
This paper dialectically clarifies that the focal point of the adjustment of the economic structure lies in the adjustment of industrial structures. The practices have proved that the economies with sustainable development must rely on dynamic optimization and quality improvement of the industrial structures. Under the circumstances of knowledge economy developing vigorously, we should focus on developing high-tech industries to accelerate the adjustment of the economic structure.
