摘要
医疗质量是医院的永恒主题,也是决定医院生存与发展的核心要素.而病历质量管理和控制又是医疗质量管理的一个重要环节,它能明确反应医院的管理水平和医务人员的整体素质,同时也是医患双方医疗行为的重要见证.为控制病历的书写质量,赤峰第二医院成立了院、科、组三级质控管理体系,建立了病历质量管理平台,提高了病历的内涵质量;使甲级病案率达到90%以上,达到了三级医院质控标准.
Medical treatment quality is a permanent theme of a hospital,also the essential factor that resolve the existence and development of a hospital.The administration and control of medical record is a key link of medical treatment administration,it can reflect the level of the hospital's administration and the whole quality of the people who work in the hospital,it is even a important witness of the medical action between doctors and patients.Our hospital had established the quality administration organization of three grade-group,department,academy,and set up the administration plane of medical record quality.promote medical record quality to assume the medical record to be timely,over 90 percent medical record can achieve A-grade,to the quality administration standard of three-class-hospital.
