摘要 核糖核酸(RNA)干扰技术是一个经典的基因调控途径,它可使与小片段干扰性RNA序列互补的RNA发生降解。从其应用前景上说,它会成为研究特定基因功能、细胞内防御机制及维护RNA正常功能的重要工具,RNA干扰技术也会被应用于放射医学研究领域,成为辐射敏感性、辐射效应及放射治疗等研究工作的有效工具。 RNA interference is an typical gene regulation pathway. The article focuses on the mechanism and the mediate role of siRNA. Being a potentially powerful tool to study specific gene function, the mechanism of cellular defense and the efficiency RNA surverillance, RNAi technology will be applied in radiobiology to provide effective tools for not only the research of radiosensitivity and radiation damage, but also radiotherapy.
