摘要
用加拿大Medsen z0～174型声导抗测听仪检测了134名健康人(17～24岁年轻成人45人,其他年龄者89人)和19种耳病患者461例的鼓室压力、静态声顺值、鼓室曲线图和声反射阈值,为临床ENT科提供了诊断应用方面的参考资料。
The Results of acoustic impedance tympanogram of 134 healthy adults (45 subjects being 17～24 yrs of age) were analyzed. Of the 45 young adults, the average static compliance value was 0.49ml, the average tympanic pressure level-20.94 daPa, the average contralateral pure tone stimulation (CPTS) acoustic reflex threshold value 97.63 dB, and, the average supra-audible CPTS acoustic reflex threshold value 80.64 dB; all their tympanograms were of type A, average slope 50.8%. The abnormal features of acoustic impedance tympanograms of 19 kinds of ear diseases-altogether 461 cases-were also briefly discussed from the point of view of clinical diagnostic use, of which, 96 cases were tranmission deafness, and 64 cases serous otitis media.
