摘要
无缝钢管过盈压接工艺是近年来发展起来的一种管道连接技术,具有管道连接施工效率高、接头防腐性能好等优点。压接过程的应力分析对压接工艺设备的设计和了解接头的连接强度具有重要作用,文章针对D159mm×8mm无缝钢管,利用弹塑性大变形有限元方法模拟了无缝钢管过盈压接工艺的全过程,分析了胀口、退模、压接过程的应力和接头的连接强度,得到了胀口及压接所需的轴向推力,给出了压接残余应力分布和保证接头强度所需的配合长度,为压接设备和接头的设计提供了依据。
Interference fit technique for seamless steel pipes has advantages of h igh construction ef-ficiency and good anticorrosion property.The stress analys is of interference fit process is important to de-sign interference fit equipm ent.The authors applies the elastic large deformation finite element method to simulate whole procedure of interference fit of D159mm×8mm pipes,analyzes the stresses during the pro-cedure of pipe end expanding,mould back-moving a nd interference fit,and the joint strength as well.The axial pushing forces n eeded for pipe end expanding and interference fit as well as residual stress dis tribution and match length are given.These results provided fundamental data fo r design of interfer-ence fit equipment and joints.
