摘要
论述了高校毕业生"就业大众化"的必然性,分析了"就业大众化"趋势下毕业生就业形势和特点,提出了高校做好毕业生就业工作应着力解决的学校定位、教育教学改革和毕业生就业指导与服务等有关问题。
The open-ended employment of college graduates is found to be a tendency in the development of higher education in China. The employment situation and characteristics of college graduates are analyzed. Pressing problems to be tackled concerning the students' employment are proposed, including the educational orientation, instructional reform, and the guidance and services that can be offered to the students.
