摘要
对人类史上首次使用核武器的历史事件展开了伦理分析。核武器的发明与使用让人类不得不长期生存于核战争的恐怖状态之中 ,为抑制核战争的爆发、实现人类社会的持久和平 ,必须充分发挥道德的调控作用 ,将核武器的使用置于道义的关注、评判与监督之下。
