摘要
联合产权制度随着企业内部生产力构成要素的重要性与稀缺性的变化,呈现出一种阶段演化性的特点。资本与劳动的联合,资本雇佣劳动而形成的手工工场是企业组织的最初形式,随着人力资本资源凭借自身的谈判势力获取了企业所有权,企业组织演变为由职业化经理控制的现代企业组织,并呈现出扁平化、网络化等发展趋势。
Union property rights institution relations with the changes of the productivity importance and rareness of forming the key element inside enterprises, demonstrate a kind of stage evolving characteristic.
