摘要 三维激光扫描系统是逆向工程的重要组成部分 ,是集数控、激光、CAD/CAM、精密机械、计算机、图像采集与处理为一体的集成技术系统 ,它主要由运动控制、图像采集、图像处理等部分组成。 D laser scanning system is an important part of reverse engineering. It is integrated with numerical control,laser,CAD/CAM,precise mechanism,computer,image collection and image processing. This paper particularly discussed servo system under control and computer image collection system.
