摘要
目的 总结分析非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术的早期临床结果和经验。方法 2001年至今本科完成非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术38例 ,男33例 ,女5例 ;年龄44～78岁 ;左主干病变6例 ,单支病变2例 ,双支病变9例 ,3支病变27例 ;左心室射血分数平均(0.52±0.16)。结果 常规正中胸骨切口共行冠状动脉搭桥90支 ,其中单支6例 ,双支15例 ,3支14例 ,4支3例 ,乳内动脉桥数为27支 ,大隐静脉桥数为63支。2例术后使用了主动脉内球囊反搏 ,住院死亡1例 ,37例痊愈出院。结论 非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术安全可行 ,手术和术后并发症少 ,早期临床效果满意 。
Objective To summarize and analyze the early outcomes and clinical experiences in38patients with off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCABG). Methods From2001to now,we have finished38cases of OPCABG.33patients were male and5were female.The mean age was(64.1±8.6)years.6patients were with left main lesion,2with one-vessel lesion,9with double lesion and27with triple lesion.The mean left ventricular ejection fraction was0.52±0.16. Results The total number of bypass grafts was90,including27with internal mammary artery and63with great saphenous vein.IABPwas used in2patients.1was died in hospital,other37patients succeeded discharging. Conclusion OPCABG sugery is a safe and feasible procedure with less complication and good early outcomes.Its late outcomes need further follow-up.
