摘要
本文对20世纪90年代中期以来上海郊区实施"三个集中"战略所取得的绩效进行了客观分析与 评价,提出了该战略的修正和延拓建议及其深化推进的思路与对策,旨在实现沪郊工业化、城镇化和城乡一体 化的协调联动发展。
In this paper the authors analyze and appraise the achievements and existing issues in implemen-tation of the strategy of 'three concentrations', i. e. land concentration, industrial concentration and settle-ment concentration in suburban districts of Shanghai since the middle of the 1990s, and put forward amend-ments to the strategy and the countermeasures of promoting this strategy, so as to realize the coordinated development of industrialization, urbanization and urban-rural integration in Shanghai suburban districts.
