煤的岩相组成对煤的成浆性的影响——灵武煤改性制备高浓度水煤浆研究之一 被引量:2

摘要 本文就灵武、神木等四种煤的岩相对成浆性的影响做了深入的研究。实验结果表明:对于同种变质程度的煤,富镜煤成浆性好于富丝质组分的煤,这是由于孔结构、表面含氧官能团及灰分等因素使得富丝炭吸附更多的水,这部分多余的水对制备水煤浆产生不利的影响。 In this paper, the maximum coal content(Mxcc)of selecting several chinese coals were carefully measured and the effect of coal maceral on coal slurryability was investigated. The results showed that the slurryability of the vitrinite-rich component is better than the Innertinite-rich component for same rank coals and that the moistare of holding capacity (MHC)in I-rich component depend on not only the Pore volum but also oxygen-bearing functional groups (OBFG), ash and so on. All the factors comade the I-rich component hold surplus water which are unfavorable to slurryahility of CWS.
