摘要
青少年时期是人生的黄金时期,而近年来青少年犯罪率一直居高不下,且呈现出低龄化、暴力化、团伙化、智能化等明显倾向。本文认为青少年犯罪的实质是其社会化过程的中断,青少年犯罪的原因虽有其主观条件,但社会、家庭、学校更有其不可推卸的责任。因此,社会、家庭、学校应三位一体,三管齐下,且以预防为主,从源头上制止青少年犯罪。
The period of teenager is a golden period in one's whole life. In recent years, however, the rate of teenager offence is not only much high but also appear following features clearly: young, violence, union, intellect. The article thinks the essence of teenager offense is the break of teenagers' socialization process. Though the reason of teenager offense involves their subjective factors,society as well as families and schools have their own inescapable responsibilities. Therefore, society as well as families and schools must do their best and must pay attention to prevention .Only so can we prevent teenager offense from the beginning.
