摘要
对异翅独尾草(Eremurusanisopterus(Kar.etKir)Regel)体细胞染色体计数,并对其核型进行分析。结果表明:异翅独尾草的染色体数目为2n=28;为四倍体植物,其核型公式为2n=4x=4m+16st+8t;核型类型为3B。
Karyotype of Eremurus Anisopterus distributed in Xinjiang,China was studied. The results showed that it was a tetraploid plant,and its chromosome number was 2n=4x=28=4m+16st+8t.It belongs to the type of 2B from the viewpoint of the karyotype recommended by Stebbins.
