摘要
针对近两年社会、政府、公众关注的高职毕业生就业以及高职教育持续、积极地向纵深发展等向题,总结现实、关照历史、剖析趋势,挖掘“就业导向”的理论价值大有必要。文章首次提出:认识并形成“职业自觉”对落实“就业导向”,把握高职教育战略定位的重大意义,并强调“就业导向”不只是一个政策口号,更是完成“职业自觉”的使命,创新高职教育,保障中国特色高职教育早日成熟的战略抉择。
Based on survey on higher Vocational graduates in recent two years, this paper explores theory of “Employment Canal” as well as issues on active and sustainable development of Higher Vocational Education. It summarizes present situation, with retrospect to history and prediction of future.In this paper, the idea of Career Self-consciousness combining with Employment Canal, together with strategic orientation of higher vocational education, is for the first time proposed. It emphasized that Employment Canal is more than just a SLOGAN or policy. Rather it is our commission to fulfill “Career Self-consciousness”, and it is our Strategic Choice that ensures originality and maturity of China’s higher vocational education.
