企业资产重组是优化资源配置的重要途径。国有企业资产重组进程中应注意要以优势企业为主体 ;要讲求资产重组的成本 ;要重视资产重组与管理重组的有机结合 ;
The recombination on enterprise property is an important way to divide resoures properly in the State-owned enterprises.In the process of the property recombination,we should pay much attention to the following:selecting the excellent enterprises as the principle part;stressing the cost of recombinated property;organic combination between property and management ;enlarging the scope and effect of the middle organizational structure.
