摘要
从解决女大学生身体形态问题和提高健美操锻炼的科学化角度出发 ,定量分析 16周《锻炼标准》中级规定动作对女大学生身体围度和体成分影响的特点与规律 ,为有意投身于健美操锻炼的女大学生提供改善身体围度和体成分的数据与理论支持。
Under present situation of descending waistline and increasing fatness check-out rate of female undergraduate year by year,and in order to study the characteristics and regularities the standard movements, which mentioned in Standards of Nationwide Aerobics Train, affect the female college students. From a scientific point of view, this investigation analyses sixteen weeks' characteristics and regularities the rules affected on the female college students' body measurement according to the Standards of Nationwide Aerobics Train. The result offers the data and theories supporting to the female college students who want to take part in the aerobics train and improve their body measurement.
