摘要
采用植物血球凝集素 (PHA)体内注射 ,肾组织细胞体内短期培养 ,空气干燥法制备了卡拉白鱼的染色体。核型分析结果 :染色体数 2n =5 0 ,组型公式为 2 8m + 1 4sm +4st+ 4t,臂数 (NF)为 92。
With PHA culture in vitro culture, Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis metaphase specimens were prepared from short-term in vitro culture of kiney cells,with air-drying technique.The result was showed that the karytypic is 2n=50=28m+14sm+4st+4t,NF=92.
