摘要
根据近年来我国城市轨道交通发展面临的资金、技术等实际问题,借鉴国内外发展城市轨道交通的经验,提出抓紧立法制章,保障建设资金、提高国产化率,降低建设成本、开发先进技术,提升建设水平等城市轨道交通发展的策略和对策。
In recent years,UMT in China has encountered many financial & technical problems. Based on the experiences of UMT development in foreign countries, discussed the development policy in China concerning the investment laws, home-manufacturing & new technology.
