摘要
本文探讨配气凸轮型线动力优化设计方法.文中,凸轮型线采用五次B样条函数构造,并用有限元法作为配气机构动力分析手段.优化设计模型是以凸轮型线时面值最大为目标函数,以配气机构的结构、振动及强度要求等为约束条件,设计变量取为样条结点处的型线加速度.优化设计结果表明,利用本法设计的凸轮型线不但能保证足够大的时面值,而且能显著改善配气机构的动态特性,适用于高速内燃机配气凸轮型线的设计.
The paper describes the method of dynamic optimization for valve-cam profile. The cam profile is constructed by quintic B-spline function. In the paper, a mathematic model of dynamic optimization of quintic spline valve-cam profile is established for overhead valve actuating mechanism. The objective function is to maximize time-area of cam profile. It is subjected to constraints of structure, vibration and strength of valve actuating mechanism. Dynamic analysis of valve actuating mechanism is performed by means of finite element method. The optimization example shows that the cam profile obtained not only has enough time-area, but also improves the dynamic performance of the valve actuating mechanism.
