摘要
摘要作者采用具有良好瞬态测量特性的壁面热电偶,结合自行开发的计算机数据采集与处理系统,实测了涡流室式柴油机冷起动过程燃烧室的瞬态壁温,详细分析了冷起动过程燃烧室壁面瞬态温度的变化规律和特征,首次提出了冷起动过程瞬态壁温变化的四阶段模型.对有、无起动孔时,壁温的变化规律也进行了对比分析,揭示了起动孔在冷起动过程中所起的作用.
Transient wall temperature (TWT) was measured with a wall surface thermocouple with a good dynamic response, and a data acquisition and processing system developed by authors. TWT histories and their characteristics at cold-starting were analyzed in detail, and a four-stage model for TWT history at cold-starting was proposed for the first time. TWT histories of swirl chambers with and without a starting throat were compared, revealing the function of starting throat in cold-starting process.
