摘要
20世纪90年代后期,牛、羊业快速发展促进了胚胎移植技术在畜牧生产中的应用。同时,胚胎移植技术又解决了畜牧业发展中的一些难点问题。今后,胚胎移植应在降低胚胎移植成本、提高超排和同期发情效果、解决优质胚胎来源等方面进行不断研究,进一步提高胚胎移植成功率。
Embryo transfer technology has been developing rapidly with the development of cattle and sheep industry in 1990s and solved some difficult point problems in animal husbandry. In the future, it should focus on reducing embryo transfer cost, promoting the ovulation rate in superovulation, improving the concurrence in estrus synchronization, extending high-quality embryo source etc, and obtaining high success rate of embryo-transfer.
