摘要
在将供应链企业间的权力关系和适应化行为分类的基础上 ,探讨供应链企业间的权力关系对适应化行为的影响 ,强调权力的不对称性对适应化行为的影响。结论是双方的权力关系差距较大时 ,双方的适应化行为差距越大 ,权力较小的一方会比权力较大的一方做出更多的适应化行为 ;双方的权力关系差距不大时 ,则双方的适应化行为差距不大 ,而且双方的权力越大 ,双方的适应化行为越多。
With the relavant theories and classifications of the adaptation and power,this paper pays attention to power asymmetry on adaptations among supply chain members.Such conclusions are expected as follows:(1)the more power asymmetry between both parties is,the more adaptation asymmetry is,and the party with the weaker power will conduct more adaptations;(2)power similarity leads to the adaptation similarity,and the more the magnitude of both parties' power is,the more adaptation is.
