摘要 讲述了流媒体技术遵循的协议 ,移动流媒体的编码要求 ,移动流媒体的基本业务 ,提出了基于 Real This article has introduced the streaming media p ro tocol, the encoding demand and the basic function of mobile streaming media.Th is article has put forward a project of mobile streaming platform based on the RealSystem and the specialty of system.
