摘要
随机等效采样实际上是以触发点为时间参考基准对周期快变信号进行采样、存储和重构的技术。随机等效采样的关键在于精确测量触发点与下一个采样时钟间的时间间隔 ,以及通过等效采样算法确定各次采样数据在信号重建的位置 。
Random equivalent sampling technology is used to im plement sampling, storing and reconstructing highspeed period signal. T he key of the random equivalent sampling technology is how to measure the time b etween trigger and sampling data exactly and how to determine the sampling data ′s position in reconstructed signal by using equivalent sampling arithmetic. T his paper presents the circuit of measuring short time and introduces the model of random equivalent arithmetic.
