摘要
分析了片面追求医疗技术水平提高产生的原因及其对医院建设的影响 ,提出了正确对待医疗技术水平提高的方法 ,强调了与医疗技术水平相协调发展的几个要素。
Based on the analysis of the reasons for one-side pursuit of raising technological level of medical care and their effect on hospital construction, the article suggests an appropriate approach to the problem concerning technological level of medical care, and emphasizes several key elements which should develop in coordination with the technological quality.
