摘要
以不同基质配方,制备了四种氟哌酸栓剂(每枚含氟哌酸100mg),并测定了体外溶出速率。以水溶性基质的栓剂溶出为快。体外释放参数的方差分析表明二者的差异具有高度显著性(P<0.01).
Four kinds of norfluxacin suppositories have been designcd and prepared with different bases (each one containes 100 mg norfluxacin). The dissolution rate of the norfluxacin suppositories have also been determined respectively. The results showed that dissolution rates of four kinds norfluxacin suppositories were different, among which the dissolution rate of watcr soluble base suppository was the fastest. Statistical analysis showed that there was a remarkable difference in dissolution rate for four suppositories.
