摘要
目的:评价CAIV方案在恶性骨肿瘤治疗中的应用价值.方法:以CBP、ADR、IFO和VCR组成联合化疗方案,治疗49例恶性骨肿瘤术后患者.结果:41例获得随访,6例复发,肺转移6例,死亡4例.2年总体生存率为85.1%.用药过程中无严重脏器损害.结论:该化疗方案符合我国国情,近期疗效满意,有临床推广价值.
Purpose:To investigate the use value of CAIV scheme in treatment of malignant bone tumor. Method:49 cases of malignant bone tumor were treated with the CBP-ADR-IFO-VCR scheme in postoperation. Results:41 cases were done follow-up. 6 in recurrent, 6 in the lung metastasis, 4 in death. the 2 year's general survival rate was 85. 1%. No important organs dam-ages happened during the treatment. Conclusion:The chemotherapy scheme is valuable in clinical treatment.
