摘要
作者阐述了动态测试试验台的研制技术及其应用功能。该试验台可在实验室条件下,人为调整工况,传感元件可输出双道信号,并可实施机械标定。配用常规测试系统可完成轴扭矩、转速的在线测定及遥测,并可进行机体振动、噪声的测定。该装置还能为随机信号处理提供典型信号源。
The author expounds the researching technique & applicating functions of the dynamic measurement testing device. The working conditions of this device can be adjusted artifically during the test, transducers can output the dual-channel signals, which mechanical calibrition is made possibly, with ordinery measuring system, the on-line and pemote measurement of torgue & rotational speed for shaft are possible using this unit. The device can be a signal source for the random signal process and measure mechanical vibration and noise as well. Therefore, It is a system that have the functions of machanical measurement and signal process.
