实验性兔出血症超微结构研究

Ultrastructural studies of Experimentally Infected Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease

摘要 取实验感染发病的兔出血症病例和健康对照兔的肝、肾、脾、淋巴结和大脑皮层,以2.5%戊二醛—钺酸固定、常规超薄切片、染色、电镜观察。除见细胞病变外,在肝细胞、肾小管上皮细胞、网状细胞、淋巴细胞和神经细胞的胞核内,有时也在胞浆中发现有病毒粒子,后者呈类圆形,直径为26.7~31.1nm。观察表明,病毒粒子在胞核内生成并存在于核内,但随感染细胞病变加剧、核膜变性与破损,病毒粒子可从核内扩散到胞浆中。同时还在肝细胞核内发现病毒性包含物。 Samples of liver, kidney, spleen, lymphoid node and brain of rabbits innoculated with rabbit haemor-rhagic disease virus (RHDV) were examined by electron microscope. The results showed that spheroidal virus particles, 26.7—31. lnm in diameter, were presented in the nuclei of hepatocytes, renal tubular epithelia, reticular cells, lymphocytes and neurons; a few praticles were found in cytoplasm sometimes. In addition, there were pathological changes of nuclei and organelles in those infected cells. The present observation seemed to confirm the virus particled and existed within the nuclei, with the severity of cellular lesions, especially the damage of nuclear membrane, these particles could diffuse into cytoplasm, virus inclusions were found in the nuclei of hepatocytes.
