摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,对后孔寡毛目5种蚯蚓进行了酯酶同工酶分析研究。结果表明:不同科、属间具有明显的酶谱差异;同属内种间酶谱差异较小;每个种均有其特征性酶谱。应用二维排序方法对5种蚯蚓酯酶同工酶谱相似及相异程度统计分析表明:管状杜拉蚓和天锡杜拉蚓谱型相似,亲缘关系较近,可归为一类群,赤子爱胜蚓、Eisenia nodensdioldi 以及微小双胸蚓酶谱相似,可归为另一类群。而在后一类群中,赤子爱胜蚓与 Eisenia nodenskioldi 之间共有的谱带较多,相异程度小,表明两者的亲缘关系较近,而与微小双胸蚓的亲缘关系相对较远。
This paper reports the analysis result of esterase isozyme in five species of the order Op-ithopora by discontinuous polyacryiamied gel electrophoresis method.The results show thatdifferences of zymogram between different families and genus are large,and there are distin-guishable differences between species of the same genus,each species possesses its specificzymogram.
