摘要
信息网络化、全球化正从根基上改变着人类的生产方式、生活方式、文化观念和价值追求。美国倚仗其因特网的霸主地位 ,对发展中国家大肆进行文化渗透与文化侵略 ,已经极大地影响了弱小国家的文化主权。文章试图运用后殖民文化批评理论 ,对文化帝国主义在新的历史条件下实施殖民文化的表现形式进行阐析 ,揭示网络化语境中的帝国霸权。
Information networking and globalization have exerted profound influences on the living modes, cultural values, productive means, and ideological pursuits of humanity. The United States, with its unparalleled hegemonic position on the Internet, has taken it as a convenient tool to infiltrate into the cultural lives of developing countries. This has greatly shaken the basis of their cultural sovereignty. This paper, by applying post-colonialist cultural analysis, expounds on the various forms of cultural imperialism and reveals its nature in the new historical context of information cyberspace.
