摘要
在中国-东盟自由贸易区建设进程不断加快的时代背景下,广西钦州作为中国大西南走向东南亚的海上门户之一,将迎来新的发展优势,钦州临海工业发展也将赢得新的地缘机遇、市场机遇、战略机遇、政策机遇、竞合机遇和开放机遇;同时亦承受着内外双重压力和挑战。在新形势下,应采取以下发展对策:面向东盟,选准临海工业重点领域;纵横协调,改善临海工业软硬环境;政策倾斜,加大临海工业扶持力度;区域竞合,设立自由港和保税区;信息共享,构筑中外物流信息平台。
Under the flourishing development of China - ASESN Free Trade Zone, Qinzhou, as one of the doors on the southeast seas, of course, will take great advantages of new development, and the Qinzhous coastal industry as well will take the great opportunities of new location, market, strategies, policy, integration and opening with double in and out of press and challenge. The present paper suggests that the government of Qinzhou should take the fitful measures: closely touch with the ASESN, focus on the key fields of the coastal industry; multi - dimensionally harmonize and perfect the soft and hard environments of the coastal industry; with the privileges of the policy to support the coastal industry; integrate the area advantages to build the free port and the tariff free zone; share the information to set up the media platform of materials circulation at home and abroad.
