摘要
高等教育具有准公共产品性质,是具有多重属性的特殊产业。随着市场经济的发展,高等教育的产业性越来越突出。高等教育的发展必须适应经济发展和社会进步需要,只注重办学的社会效益和办学规模,忽视经济效益是不够的。必须正视高等教育的产业属性,科学理性地认识这个属性,在办学中既遵循教育规律,又适应经济规律,才能保证高等教育全面、协调、可持续地发展。
Advanced Education, which has the quality of being public product, is a special industry of multiple qualities. With the development of market economy, the industry quality of advanced education is becoming more and more obvious. The development of advanced education should adapt to the need of economy development and society advancement. It is not enough for only emphasizing on the social effectiveness and size of running a school while neglecting the economic effectiveness. Only when we envisage the industry quality of education, research it reasonably, follow the education rules and adapt to the economy rules, advanced education can be insured to develop comprehensively, coordinately and continuously.
