摘要
目的探讨在C臂X线机监视下应用微创技术三枚空心钉固定治疗老年性股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法临床应用微创技术三枚空心钉固定治疗老年性股骨颈新鲜骨折92例。结果本组病例均获随访,时间6～24个月,平均18个月。89例骨折愈合,2例股骨头坏死,1例骨不连。骨折愈合率96.7%。结论应用微创技术三枚空心钉固定治疗老年性股骨颈骨折具有手术创伤小、方法简便、固定牢靠、可早期功能锻炼、并发症少等优点,是治疗GardenⅡ、Ⅲ型老年性股骨颈新鲜骨折的理想方法。
Objective To study the effects and key points of treating senile femoral neck fractu res with minimally invasive method and 3cannulated screw fixation under C-arm X-ray monitoring.Methods 92cases of old patients with fresh femoral neck fra ctures were treated with minimally i nvasive method and 3cannulate screw fixation.The effects of the treatment were followed up.Results All the patients were followed up fro m 6to 24months(18months on average).89fractures got bone union.2patie nts experienced femoral head necrosis.A patient experienced nonunion.96.7%of the fractures ach ieved union.Conclusion Application of minimally invasive method and 3cannulated screw fixation is an effe ctive means to treat senile fresh fem oral neck fracture(GardenⅡandⅢ),for it leads to early ambulance,short time of hospitalization or bed rest,mini mal invasion,stable fixation,less complica-tions,and simplicity.[
