老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者细胞免疫功能变化的研究 被引量：6

摘要 比较了 89例老年COPD患者与 91例非COPD患者的细胞免疫功能的情况 ,发现老年COPD患者的淋巴细胞数CD4+ /CD8+ 的比值、CD4+ 细胞比例较对照组显著降低 ,NK细胞比例和CD8+ 细胞比例较对照组显著增高 .说明老年COPD患者存在细胞免疫功能异常 ,而CD8+ T淋巴细胞免疫反应增强 ,可能是COPD的发病机制之一 .
