摘要
针对当前电子政务系统发展需要实现OA、工作流系统和GIS整体集成的要求 ,面向城市规划部门的业务需求 ,本项研究采用了图文群件技术 ,把工作流群件和GIS群件有机组合 ,设计了一套完整的城市规划电子政务解决方案 ,并将OA、业务审批系统和GIS三个跨平台系统很好的集成 ,开发出了具有可快速构架、可动态集成、可重用性、可维护性、可扩充性、柔性较强的可定制的城市规划电子政务系统 ,实现了城市规划电子政务中的文、图。
The development of electronic government affairs system needs to implement OA, work flow system and the whole GIS integration. In order to meet the needs of this demand, the study adopts graphics and context groupware technique to combine the work flow groupware and GIS groupware, and then designs an integrity solution of urban planning electronic government affairs system. Furthermore, the integration of OA, operation examine and approve system and GIS is implemented more well. So that customized urban planning electronic government affairs system is developed, which possesses some good characteristics such as reuse, maintainability and expandability, and can be trussed quickly, integrated dynamically. Accordingly, the graphics, context and table of Urban Planning have achieved to administrative integration.
