摘要
本文简述了测量不确定度的涵义及分类。用牛顿环实验的实测数据,分别对A、B两类不确定度分量进行分析和估算,在此基础上估算出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。
This paper expounds the implication and the classification of the uncertainty of measurement, and separately analyses and estimates the measure of the uncertainty of the categories A and B in the practical measured data in the Newton's ring experiment, and further makes the estimates of the component uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty.
