摘要
本文首先指出文[1]中关键的两个标量化定理(即引理7和引理9)都是不成立的,然后给它们补充条件使之成立,并给出文中假定 A.成立的一个简要的充要条件;最后指出该文中的规定 C_1 C_2是不合理的,这样文[1]的全部结论成立。
First,arguments are put forth against the tenability of two important scalar theorems(Lemma 7 and Lemma 9 in[1]).Then,conditions are suggested which will make the theorems tenable.A sufficient and necessary condition for the tenability of assumption A_4 is also given. Finally,the supposition C_1 C_2 is proved unreasonable.
