摘要
通过实地考察及资料分析认为,共和7.0级地震发生于近东西向和近南北向构造带的交汇处。地震活动及震源机制表明:地震的发生与两组断裂共轭错动的力学机制有关。等震线长轴方向及展布状况与盆地形状、沉积物厚度和水文地质状况有关。
According to the field investigation and data analysis, both of the geological structure and geophysical data show that the spot in which Gonghe earthquake of M 7. 0 took place was the convergate tectonic belt of near EW and near NS directions. Seismic activity and mechanism show that the earthquake may be related to the dynamic mechanism of the conjugateslip of EW and NS tectonic belts. The macro - axis direction of the isoseisms and its distributionstate are the exhibition of basin effects such as the basin shape,deposit feature and hydrogeological condition.
