摘要
教师是教育过程中举足轻重的角色 ,其素质高低直接影响着学校的教育质量和学生的成长。全面推行素质教育 ,确保教育质量 ,完善教师自身的发展 ,必然要求教师有高度发展的综合素质。实现培养教师综合素质的理想目标 ,可从转变教育观念、加强教师职业道德教育、强化教师自身的健康心理素质意识等方面着手。
The teachers whose qualities affect directly the school's educational quality and the students' growth play important roles in the course of education.It demands the teachers good comprehensive qualities to carry out quality education entirely,ensure educational quality and perfect the teachers development.To realize the ideal aim of training the teachers' comprehensive qualities can begin with changing educational ideas ,strengthening the teachers' professional moral education and enhancing the teacher's healthy phychological awareness, etc.
