摘要
高校教师担负着育人和创新的双重任务。优化高校教师队伍结构是适应新形势发展的需要 ,是改善当前高校教师队伍突出问题的需要。因此 ,实施教师继续教育工程建设 ,不断优化高校教师的知识结构、能力结构、学历结构等 ,是实现育人创新双重任务的有力举措。
The college and university teachers shoulder the double tasks of training successors and innovation. Improving the structure of college and university teachers meets the need of the development under the new circumstances .It is that it meets the need of changing the current outstanding problem. Solving it can be done by carrying out the project of continuous education , improving their knowledge structure, ability structure, record of formal schooling structure constantly and so on .This is a piece of strong countermeasure of realizing the double tasks.
