摘要
本文报告高催乳素血症(HPRL)性阳萎的诊治经验。HPRL的病因包括特发性20例,垂体瘤4例、药物所致1例。20例特发性HPRL中伴有血管性阳萎和心理性阳萎各1例。对各种类型的HPRL的诊治进行了讨论,我们认为在诊治阳萎时要特别注意HPRL的问题。
The expeviences in management of 25 cases of hyperprolactinemia (HPRL) with impotence were reported. The etiology of HPRL in this group was idiopathic in 20, pituitary tumour in 4, drug-induced in 1. Among 20 idiopathic HPRL patients, 1 accompanied with vasculogenic impotence and 1 with psychological erectile disorder. The treatment of different type of HPRL was discussed. It suggested that the problem of HPRL in impotence should be pay an attentionto.
