摘要
本文报告在1988年做过睾丸、阴茎测量的868例婚前检查男子的婚后性生活和生育情况随访结果。其中婚后性生活不正常占0.58％;新婚夫妇一年内受孕率为89.81％;夫妇同居二年,未采用避孕措施而未曾受孕者50例,不育率为6.21％。简要讨论了睾丸体积,阴茎长度与被访者性生活和生育功能的关系。
Shanghai Institute of Family Planning Technical Insetrution Sexual performance and faility of 868 newly-married males were studied two years after premarital examination. The results show that:5 cases had sexual dysfunction (0.58%); 755 brides conceived in the first year after marriage, the conception rate was 89.81%; 50 couples failed to conceive after 2 years of regular coitus without contraception, the infertility was 6.21%. There was no correlation found between the testicular volume and the penile dimension with the sexual function or male fertility.
