摘要
取黄鳝椎骨的椎体及头骨的基舌骨和上舌骨为材料 ,在显微镜下检测其年轮 ,结果发现椎体和舌骨上均展现出明暗相间的轮纹 。
Choose the vertebral body and hyoid bone of Monopterus albus,seek their growth rings by microscope The results showed that both of them have clear ring lines That is basis of determining ages of Monopterus albus
