摘要
邓小平法制思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分 ,其核心是法治。他的一系列深刻阐述和科学判断 ,充分体现了“法治”所要求的权威性、平等性、制约性和保障性的本质特征 ,为我们党和国家确定依法治国的方略 。
Being an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory, Deng's ideology of law has the rule of law at its core. His enlightening elaboration and sound conclusion have made clear the authoritativeness, equality, compulsoriness, and guarantee required of the rule of law. Deng's ideology of law has laid a solid foundation for the Party's policy making in the spirit of rule of law.
