铸态高铬铸铁的成分和组织的研究

摘要 一般高铬铸铁的铸态基体组织为奥氏体。具有马氏体基体的高铬铸铁,有理想的耐磨组织,但通常要通过热处理才能得到。本研究是不加其他合金元素,在铸态下直接获得马氏体基体的高铬铸铁。硬度(HRC)55左右,冲击韧性(α_k)值0.6左右,这与热处理态接近。铸态马氏体基体高铬铸铁,生产用期短,节省能源成本低,有应用价值。 Generally,the matrix structure of high-chromium cast iron in as-cast state is austenitie.However,the martensitic matrix of high-chromium cast iron has excellent abrasion-resistant tissues,which used to be obtained only by means of heat treatment.This stuby deals with a direct method of obtaining the martensitic matrix of high-chromium cast iron in as-cast state without adding any other elements.The results yielded by the new method are almost the same as those by heat treatment,with the hardness around (HRC)55,and a_K(kg.m/cm^2)around 0.6.The new method shows great advantages of shorter production period,less energy consumption, lower cost and higher practical value.
